SiM creator Kate Forier demonstrating breathwork for pelvicfloor

Meet your Teacher

Kate Forier

Heya, and thanks for joining me. When I started working through my own pelvic floor issues, I was lost. I had chronic, excruciating pain in my hips and belly, round after round of vaginal infections, and my romantic relationship was suffering from months of depression and a lack of comfortable physical intimacy.

As a wellness professional, I knew there must be something I could do about it, but I had no idea where to start. Like you, I found a sea of information available online, but it was all too much to process. I needed something to help highlight what information I needed to take care of the underlying issues, but I also needed some immediate relief from symptoms.

Over the course of three years, I gathered up the information and techniques that you will learn about here. Using this information, I got to a place where my body feels better, my life is easier, and I know what to do if things get tricky again.

Now, I'm bringing all of that to you so you can feel better in your body now.
